多电飞机已成为现代飞机的发展趋势,其刹车系统不再采用传统的液压刹车。提出一种用于多电飞机刹车系统的泵控和阀控相结合的电静液刹车系统。首先分析了电静液作动器的工作原理和数学模型,对电静液机构进行了单独的控制仿真;接着对飞机刹车系统进行数学建模,并将这种电静液作动飞机刹车系统进行控制仿真。仿真结果表明,基于电静液作动器的刹车系统具有良好的刹车性能,适用于多电飞机刹车系统。
Multi-aircraft has become the development trend of modern aircraft, the braking system is no longer using the traditional hydraulic brake. An electro-hydrostatic brake system combining pump control and valve control for multi-aircraft braking system is proposed. First of all, the working principle and mathematical model of the electro-hydrostatic actuator are analyzed, and a separate control simulation of the electro-hydrostatic mechanism is carried out. Then the mathematical model of the aircraft brake system is established, and the electro-hydrostatic liquid is used to actuate the brake system of the aircraft Control simulation. The simulation results show that the braking system based on electrohydraulic actuator has good braking performance and is suitable for multi-aircraft braking system.
