目的 分析门诊注射室护士负性工作情绪的主要因素,帮助管理人员及护士本人正确,从而提高门诊注射室护理质量.方法 通过座谈、发放调查表进行统计分析.结果 门诊注射室护士负性工作情绪依次来源为:环境、社会、自身技术等.结论 建议社会尊重护士,医院改善护士工作环境,合理配备人力资源,科室加强护士技术培训及沟通能力培养,从而减少护士负性工作情绪,提高护理质量.“,”Objective Analysis of the main factors in injection center nurse negative emotions at work to help management and nurses correct themselves so as to improve the quality of nursing in the injection room of the outpatient department. Methods Through discussion, use of questionnaires for statistical analysis. Results The injection center nurse negative emotions by sources followed: environmental, social, self-technology.Conclusion Suggest community respect nurses and hospital improve the environment for nurse, reasonably equip human resources, and section office strengthen nursing technical training and communication skills training, thus reducing negative emotions of nurse at work, improve the nursing quality.
