我国首创的“三轴滑移公用齿轮机构”,目前已在国内不少工厂的车床产品上成功地采用了。在国外,这种机构也开始在有的车床上采用。但它的变速操纵则因机构的级数多和位置变换复杂,较难采用单手柄操纵。我校自行设计的产品C6132型车床中成功地解决了这一问题。一年多来的实践证明:所采用的单手柄操纵机构的结构简单,操纵方便可靠。本文分析和总结了三轴滑移公用齿轮机构中齿轮移动的规律;提出了运用这些规律选择传动方案的途经;讨论了几种单手柄操纵机构的设计计算方法。
China’s first “three-axis sliding common gear mechanism”, has many domestic factories in the lathe products successfully adopted. Abroad, this kind of organization also begins to adopt in some lathe. However, its speed change operation is complicated by multiple levels and position changes of the mechanism, making it difficult to operate with a single handle. Our own product designed C6132 lathe successfully solved this problem. More than a year of practice has proved that: the single handle control mechanism used has the advantages of simple structure, convenient and reliable operation. This paper analyzes and summarizes the law of gear movement in the three-axis sliding common gear mechanism, proposes the way to select the transmission scheme by using these rules, and discusses the design and calculation methods of several single-lever control mechanisms.
