职业教育离不开校企合作,校内生产性实训同样是校企合作的结晶,其本质是源自企业—演绎教学—回归岗位。校内生产性实训,作为一种基于工作逻辑的实践性教学组织方式,将实训过程回归至岗位生产实践,构建基于工作过程的“工学交替”教学机制和“做中学”学习机制。通过校内生产性实训,学生既可获得专业技能和基本职业能力训练,还可以生产者的身份直接参与产品的加工、制造乃至开发,实现教育性与生产性的统一。
Vocational education can not be separated from the school-enterprise cooperation. The productive training in the school is also the crystallization of the cooperation between school and enterprise. Its essence is from enterprise-deductive teaching-returning to post. As a kind of practical teaching organization based on work logic, the productive training in school returns the training process to the post production practice, builds the teaching mechanism based on work process and learning by doing middle school mechanism. Through on-campus productive training, students can acquire professional skills and basic vocational skills training, but also the producer’s identity directly involved in product processing, manufacturing and even development, education and productive unity.
