目的:探讨神经外科实习医生的带教心得体会。方法:选取于2014年6月至2015年6月在该院神经外科实习的10名实习医生为观察组,以问题教学法带教,选取2013年5月至2014年5月在该院神经外科实习的10名实习医生为对照组,实施常规带教方法,比较两组的评判性思维以及考试成绩。结果:观察组的开放思想、分析能力、求知欲、认知成熟程度等各方面的评判思维评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的理论成绩、操作成绩以及综合成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:问题教学法能够促进神经外科实习医生的评判性思维形成,提高带教效果。
Objective: To explore the experience of teaching neurosurgical intern. Methods: Ten intern trainees in neurosurgery in the hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the observation group and were taught by the question teaching method. The neurosurgery department was selected from May 2013 to May 2014 in the department of neurosurgery The 10 intern trainees served as the control group and conducted routine teaching methods. The critical thinking and test scores of the two groups were compared. Results: The observation group’s open mind, analytical ability, curiosity and cognitive maturity were all higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The observation group’s theoretical performance, operational performance and comprehensive scores were higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The problem-based pedagogy can promote the formation of critical thinking in neurosurgical trainee and improve teaching effectiveness.
