胡锦涛同志强调：“要适应新的形势,积极探索军民结合、寓军于民的新途径新方法,全面推进经济、科技、教育、人才等方面的军民结合,从国家经济社会发展中获取国防和军队现代化建设的丰厚资源和强大支撑。”这一重要指示,为我军的科技人才队伍建设提供了科学的方法论和鲜明的导向。为此,应转变观念,走军民融合之路,提高军队科技人才队伍建设质量,努力把我军建设推进到一个新阶段。
