基于CPLD的晶闸管数字触发器,讨论对不同相序时晶闸管触发脉冲的产生顺序,软件实现了缺相、乱相的保护、相序自适应以及触发脉冲的脉宽调制,形成了良好的触发脉冲对称度,甚至在触发角为120°时也能可靠触发。同时着重考虑了系统工作的实际情况,对过电压、过电流、欠电压等故障进行检测,并与软件结合实现控制。详细地介绍了该晶闸管数字触发器的组成原理,随后给出了系统框图、程序流程图及其设计仿真结果。
Based on thyristor digital flip-flop of CPLD, the sequence of the thyristor trigger pulse for different phase sequence is discussed.
