目的:观察肠溶阿司匹林联合五虫散治疗无症状性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将202例无症状性脑梗死患者随机分为2组各101例,对照组给予氨咖甘片、盐酸地芬尼多片等对症治疗。治疗组采用肠溶阿司匹林联合五虫散治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组92.1%,对照组77.2%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:肠溶阿司匹林联合五虫散治疗无症状性脑梗死明显优于常规西药治疗,疗效满意。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of enteric-coated aspirin combined with Wushen San in the treatment of asymptomatic cerebral infarction. Methods: Totally 202 patients with asymptomatic cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups (n = 101). The control group was given symptomatic treatment with aminocarpine and epinephrine hydrochloride. The treatment group was treated with enteric-coated aspirin combined with Wushen San. Results: The total effective rate was 92.1% in the treatment group and 77.2% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions: Aspirin combined with Wushen Powder is superior to traditional western medicine in the treatment of asymptomatic cerebral infarction. The curative effect is satisfactory.
