以内隐学习的理论为指导,进一步探讨将内隐学习理论应用到体操教学中的可行性和局限性,通过实践研究证实在体操教学中采用内隐学习法,促进学生对运动技能的掌握,有利于培养学生体育能力和体育素养,最终达到提高学生身体素质并激发学生学习动机的目的,建议在体操教学中普及运用内隐学习法。
Guided by the theory of implicit learning, this paper further discusses the feasibility and limitations of applying implicit learning theory to gymnastics teaching. Practice shows that the implicit learning method is used in gym teaching to promote students’ mastery of motor skills. Which is conducive to cultivating students ’physical abilities and sports literacy, and ultimately achieving the goal of improving students’ physical fitness and motivating them to learn motivation. It is suggested that the implicit learning method should be popularized in gym teaching.
