实现中国梦及推动国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,是新一届党和政府全力以赴追求的目标,也是全社会的共同期待。中国梦、国家治理体系和治理能力现代化目标的实现,必须在法治的轨道上运行。基于此,本文主要从法治之角度,探究中国梦、国家治理体系与治理能力现代化的关系,从而为中国梦的实现路径提供理论探讨和支撑。 The realization of the Chinese dream and the modernization of the state governance system and governance capacity are the goals pursued by the new party and government and are the common aspiration of the whole society. The realization of the goal of the modernization of China’s dream, the state governing system and the governance capacity must be run on the track of the rule of law. Based on this, this paper mainly explores the relationship between the Chinese dream, the state governance system and the modernization of governance capacity from the perspective of the rule of law, and thus provides a theoretical discussion and support for the realization path of the Chinese dream.
