本文介绍了用于铜锌合金(H_(59)、H_(62)黄铜)的BTA+TAN防护处理方法。通过加速评价试验,考查了防护处理过的铜锌合金的表面抗蚀能力。对处理过的H_(62)黄铜电极进行了初步的电化学极化测量,极化曲线有助于判明BTA+TAN防护处理的防蚀效果。依据有机缓蚀剂在金属表面的成膜行为,对缓蚀剂的选择和本处理的防蚀作用提出了初步的看法。
This article describes the BTA + TAN protection method for copper-zinc alloy (H_ (59), H_ (62) brass). Accelerated evaluation tests examined the surface treated copper-zinc alloy surface corrosion resistance. Electrochemical polarization measurements were made on the treated H_ (62) brass electrode. The polarization curves help to determine the anticorrosive effect of BTA + TAN protection. Based on the film-forming behavior of organic corrosion inhibitors on the metal surface, the preliminary opinions on the choice of corrosion inhibitor and the anti-corrosion effect of this treatment are proposed.
