目的 :研究肾功能衰竭时细胞免疫功能的变化。方法 :应用免疫细胞学技术系统检测肾功能衰竭组和对照组大鼠的多项免疫学指标。结果 :两组比较 ,肾功能衰竭组大鼠外周血中性粒细胞 (PMN)的吞噬率、胸腺指数以及 T淋巴细胞百分比均明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,移行抑制指数 (MI)则明显增大 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;肺泡巨噬细胞 (AM)吞噬率与支气管肺泡灌洗液(BAL F)中 T淋巴细胞百分比均显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :肾功能衰竭时呼吸道局部及全身非特异性、特异性细胞免疫功能均明显受抑。
Objective: To study the changes of cellular immune function in renal failure. Methods: Immunocytology was used to detect the immunological parameters of rats in renal failure group and control group. Results: Compared with the control group, the phagocytic rate, thymus index and percentage of T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood nephritic rats in the renal failure group were significantly decreased (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The phagocytosis rate of alveolar macrophages (AM) and the percentage of T lymphocytes in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The renal respiratory system local and systemic non-specific, specific cellular immune function were significantly inhibited.
