CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道具有工程造价相对较低、施工工艺简单等优点,在高速铁路建设中得到广泛应用,但已施工的路基段CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道混凝土均不同程度地出现裂缝。本文从混凝土材料特性、外荷载、轨道结构设计、混凝土施工及管理等方面研究路基段CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道混凝土裂缝成因,分析了超标裂缝(>0.2 mm)对轨道结构的危害,并提出优化混凝土配合比、优化结构设计、加强施工管理等措施,防止或减少道床混凝土裂缝。
The CRTS Ⅰ double-block ballastless track has the advantages of relatively low engineering cost and simple construction process, and has been widely used in the construction of high-speed railway. However, the CRTSⅠ double-block ballastless track concrete has appeared in varying degrees crack. In this paper, the causes of cracks in the CRTS Ⅰ -type two-block ballastless track concrete are studied from the aspects of concrete material properties, external loads, track structure design, concrete construction and management, and the damage to the track structure caused by excessive cracks (> 0.2 mm) Proposed optimization of concrete mix, optimize the structural design, strengthen construction management and other measures to prevent or reduce cracks in concrete ballast.
