我县采用纸筒育苗移栽甜菜新的栽培技术,取得了显著的增产增收效果。但由于限制纸筒进口,国产纸筒生产质量较差,影响了育苗技术的推广和经济效益的提高。为此,我们承担了省园艺特产局交给的“葵花杆筒”育苗试验,试图用葵花杆筒代替纸筒育苗,缓和国产纸筒供不应求与质量差的矛盾,同时又能降低甜菜生产成本,易于广大农民所接受.
