针对筋板件镦挤复合的变形特点提出一种新的摩擦测试方法,即T形筋板镦挤测试方法。研究发现,成形过程中筋高和腹板展开宽度均对摩擦条件比较敏感。选用筋高和腹板展开宽度的比值作为摩擦因子的表征量,通过DEFORM有限元模拟软件建立6061铝合金在温度450℃下的摩擦标定曲线,并研究圆角半径、筋宽和不同接触面摩擦的影响。实验对比表明,新方法能够更加准确的测量筋板类零件成形过程的摩擦条件。
Aiming at the deformation characteristics of upsetting and extruding ribbed panels, a new friction test method is proposed, namely the T-shaped ribbed upsetting test method. The study found that the forming process of the bar height and web width are more sensitive to the friction conditions. The ratio of rib height to web width was chosen as the characterization factor of friction factor. The friction calibration curve of 6061 aluminum alloy at 450 ℃ was established by DEFORM finite element simulation software. The radii of radius, width of ribs and different contact surface friction Impact. Experimental comparison shows that the new method can more accurately measure the friction condition of the forming process of the ribs.
