我们在设计简易数控台钻十字工作滑台时,由于受机床总售价的限制,所以,十字工作滑台纵横向位移只能采用普通的滑动丝杠螺母副结构。为提高工作台移动的定位精度(该机床要求重复定位精度为±0.02mm),设计了如图所示的丝杠螺母副间隙消除机构。
