目的目的观察低场磁共振多层多回波(MSME)序列对肝癌、肝血管瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断结果,分析低场磁多层多回波(MSME)序列的临床应用价值。方法选取2015年1月~2015年12月期间在我院诊断疑为肝癌或者肝血管瘤的患者29例作为研究对象,先进行低场磁共振多层多回波(MSME)序列影响检查,然后再进行螺旋CT增强扫描,对比两种检查方法的检查结果,同时与临床和手术、病理结果进行对比,分析低场磁多层多回波(MSME)序列的临床应用价值。结果低场磁共振多层多回波(MSME)序列检查显示18例肝血管瘤,11例肝癌;螺旋CT增强扫描检查显示19例肝血管瘤,10例肝癌。统计学处理结果Kappa值为0.96,两种检查方法一致性良好。低场磁共振多层多回波(MSME)序列诊断肝癌与肝血管瘤的灵敏度分别为94%和99%;低场磁共振多层多回波(MSME)序列诊断肝癌与肝血管瘤的特异度为99%和94%。结论低场磁共振多层多回波(MSME)序列和螺旋CT增强扫描诊断肝癌和肝血管瘤的一致性良好,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of low field magnetic resonance multislice echo (MSME) sequences for hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatic hemangiomas, and to analyze the clinical application value of low field magnetic multilayer echo (MSME) sequences. Methods Twenty-nine patients with suspected hepatocellular carcinoma or hepatic hemangioma diagnosed in our hospital during the period from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as subjects. Firstly, low-level magnetic resonance multisegment echo (MSME) sequence effect tests were performed. Spiral CT enhanced scans were performed to compare the results of the two examinations. The clinical, surgical, and pathological results were compared to analyze the clinical value of low field magnetic multilayer echo (MSME) sequences. RESULTS: Low-field magnetic resonance multi-slice echo (MSME) sequence examination showed 18 cases of hepatic hemangioma and 11 cases of hepatic carcinoma; spiral CT enhanced scan showed 19 cases of hepatic hemangioma and 10 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma. The Kappa value of the statistical processing result is 0.96. The consistency of the two inspection methods is good. The sensitivity of low-field magnetic resonance multislice multiple echo (MSME) sequences for diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatic hemangiomas was 94% and 99%, respectively; the specificity of low-field magnetic resonance multislice multiple echo (MSME) sequences for the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatic hemangiomas The degree is 99% and 94%. Conclusion The consistency of low-field magnetic resonance multi-slice echo (MSME) sequence and spiral CT enhanced scan in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatic hemangiomas is good, and has certain clinical application value.
