目的建立直接进样同时检测饮用水中多种农药残留的液相色谱-串联质谱法。方法水样不经处理直接进样,经AtlantisdC18柱分离,柱温为25℃,进样量为20μl,采用电喷雾离子化串联质谱法进行检测。结果在0.5~20.0μg/L范围内,68种农药所得回归方程的线性关系良好,相关系数均>0.99,检出限均<0.5μg/L。该方法的平均回收率在70.1%~117.9%之间,RSD为0.4%~16.1%。结论该方法操作简便、快速、准确,适用于饮用水中多种农药残留的同时检测。
OBJECTIVE To establish a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) method for direct injection of multiple pesticides in drinking water. Methods The samples were directly injected without treatment and separated by Atlantis C18 column. The column temperature was 25 ℃ and the injection volume was 20μl. The samples were detected by electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry. Results In the range of 0.5-20.0μg / L, the regression equation of 68 pesticides showed a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficients were all> 0.99, and the detection limits were all <0.5μg / L. The average recoveries of this method ranged from 70.1% to 117.9% with a RSD of 0.4% to 16.1%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the simultaneous detection of multiple pesticide residues in drinking water.
