目的了解泉州市部分医疗机构消毒质量,以便加强医院感染控制和消毒质量监测工作。方法采用现场采样和微生物学检验方法,对泉州市4所医疗机构的消毒灭菌质量进行连续4年的动态监测。结果连续4年共采样3 165份,总合格率为94.41%。不同调查对象中,空气合格率为77.53%～94.31%;物体表面合格率为89.55%～98.08%;医护人员手合格率为81.42%～90.20%;消毒后医疗用品合格率为96.06%～97.63%;灭菌后医疗用品合格率为98.72%～100%;使用中消毒液合格率为100%。结论泉州市该4所医疗机构消毒灭菌质量整体水平比较好,但室内空气和医护人员手的合格率相对较低,需要加强监督与消毒管理。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection of some medical institutions in Quanzhou in order to strengthen the control of hospital infection and disinfection quality monitoring. Methods On-site sampling and microbiological tests were used to monitor the disinfection and sterilization of four medical institutions in Quanzhou for four consecutive years. The results of a total of 3 165 consecutive sampling 4 165, with a total pass rate of 94.41%. The air pass rates of different subjects were 77.53% ~ 94.31%; the pass rates of objects on the surface were 89.55% ~ 98.08%; the pass rates of medical staff were 81.42% ~ 90.20%; the pass rates of medical supplies after disinfection were 96.06% ~ 97.63% ; After sterilization of medical supplies pass rate of 98.72% ~ 100%; use disinfectant pass rate of 100%. Conclusion The overall quality of disinfection and sterilization of the four medical institutions in Quanzhou is relatively good, but the passing rate of indoor air and medical staff is relatively low, and supervision and disinfection management need to be strengthened.
