目的对小儿骨折患者应用互动健康教育模式护理的效果进行探讨。方法选取小儿骨折患者共84例进行护理干预,将其分组比较,各组42例,观察组给予互动健康教育模式进行护理,对照组给予常规教育模式进行护理,比较二组患儿家长对护理质量的评分及护理并发症发生率。结果与对照组相比,观察组的护理质量的评分均比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对小儿骨折患者应用互动健康教育模式进行护理,可保证护理质量,提高患儿治疗的依从性,降低各类并发症发生率,相比常规健康教育模式,更具有推广的价值。
Objective To explore the effect of using interactive health education model in pediatric fracture patients. Methods A total of 84 cases of pediatric fracture patients were selected for nursing intervention. Groups were divided into groups, 42 cases in each group. The observation group was given interactive health education mode. The control group was given conventional nursing mode. The parents’ Score and nursing complication rate. Results Compared with the control group, the scores of nursing quality in the observation group were relatively high, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In addition, the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of interactive health education in pediatric fracture patients can guarantee the quality of nursing care, improve the compliance of children’s treatment, and reduce the incidence of various complications. Compared with the regular health education model, it is more valuable to promote.
