分析不同折光指数及黏度的甲基苯基聚硅氧烷对硅胶模具自析油性及其他性能的影响。随着甲基苯基聚硅氧烷折光指数的提高及含量的增大,对有机硅胶模具的透明度影响加大,同时对流动性产生影响,在自析油的量及速度上也增大及变快。选择具有适当的甲基苯基聚硅氧烷可得到综合性能较好的自析油硅胶,在复制聚氨脂等树脂过程中脱模容易,复制次数提高。
