目的:观察鼻泪管逆植球头硅胶管术治疗泪道阻塞的效果。方法:101例(110只眼)确诊为泪道阻塞患者采用球头形引流管逆行鼻泪管植管术,术后第1天、第3天、1周,使用0.9%氯化钠注射液10mL+妥布霉素8IU+地塞米松5mg混合液泪道冲洗,以后每1个月用0.9%氯化钠注射液5mL冲洗泪道1次,连续6个月,6个月后拔管,随访(6～12)个月。结果:治愈92只眼,占83.64%,好转12只眼,占10.91%,无效6只眼,占5.45%。结论:微创式球头型硅胶管治疗慢性泪囊炎值得推广。
Objective: To observe the effect of nasolacrimal duct retrograde ball silicone tube in the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction. Methods: One hundred and one eyes (110 eyes) were diagnosed as lacrimal duct obstruction by ball-shaped drainage tube retrograde nasolacrimal duct grafting. On the first day, the third day and the first postoperative day, 0.9% sodium chloride injection 10mL + tobramycin 8IU + dexamethasone 5mg mixture lacrimal irrigation, after every 1 month with 0.9% sodium chloride injection 5mL rinse lacrimal duct for 6 months, 6 months after extubation, follow-up ( 6 ~ 12) months. Results: 92 eyes were cured, accounting for 83.64%, 12 eyes were improved, accounting for 10.91%, 6 eyes were ineffective, accounting for 5.45%. Conclusion: The treatment of chronic dacryocystitis with a minimally invasive ball-type silicone tube is worthy of promotion.
