目的了解化妆品标签标识现况,为规范化妆品标签标识监管提供建议。方法随机抽取流通领域中化妆品,对其标签标识逐一登记、拍照,将销售或使用单位提供的产品批件与卫生部、国家食药监局网站数据库资料进行比对统计分析。结果 1 243件化妆品标签标识总合格率为81.58%,国产普通化妆品合格率最高,特殊用品化妆品其次,进口化妆品合格率最低。主要存在问题为批件不符、夸大宣传、日期标注不规范等。结论流通领域化妆品标签标识规范性不容乐观,监管亟待加强。
Objective To understand the status of cosmetic labeling and provide suggestions for regulating the labeling of cosmetic labels. Methods Cosmetics were randomly selected from the field of circulation, and their label signs were registered and photographed one by one. The product documents provided by the sales or users were compared with the data from the Ministry of Health and the State Food and Drug Administration Web site database for comparative statistical analysis. Results 1 243 pieces of cosmetics label total pass rate of 81.58%, the highest rate of domestic ordinary cosmetics, cosmetics for special products Second, the lowest rate of imported cosmetics qualified. The main problems are inconsistent documents, exaggerated propaganda, irregular date annotation and so on. Conclusion The normative nature of cosmetic labeling in the circulation field is not optimistic, so supervision should be strengthened urgently.
