通过对山西省某高校中外合作院校英语专业的学生问卷调查,发现中外合作院校英语专业大学生的跨文化敏感度水平中等偏低。在跨文化敏感度的五因素中,交际专注度水平最高,依次为交际参与度、差异认同感和交际愉悦感,交际信心水平最低。相关分析表明跨文化敏感度各个因素之间存在着紧密联系,其中交际信心与交际参与度,交际专注度及差异认同感之间都存在着显著相关关系。因此,要从行为层面及认知层面来帮助学生提高跨文化交际信心,为成功的跨文化交际打下基础。
Through the questionnaire survey of English majors in a Sino-foreign cooperative college in a university in Shanxi Province, it is found that the cross-cultural sensitivity of English majors in Chinese-foreign cooperative colleges is moderately low. Among the five factors of cross-cultural sensitivity, communicative concentration is the highest, followed by communicative engagement, differentiated identity and communicative pleasure, and lowest communicative confidence. Correlation analysis shows that there is a close relationship between various factors of cross-cultural sensitivity, of which there is a significant correlation between communicative confidence and communicative involvement, communicative concentration and difference of identity. Therefore, from the behavioral level and cognitive level to help students improve their confidence in intercultural communication, lay the foundation for successful intercultural communication.
