灰铁铸件的表面珠光体含量少会影响铸件的可靠性和使用寿命。针对铸件表面珠光体含量偏低的情况,从改善石墨形态、稳定珠光体两方面考虑进行工艺改进。试验结果表明:通过降低Si/C、加入Sn元素合金化、增强孕育处理可提高铸件表面珠光体含量。
Gray iron castings less pearlite content of the surface will affect the reliability and service life of castings. In view of the low pearlite content on the casting surface, the improvement of the process is considered from two aspects of improving the graphite morphology and stabilizing the pearlite. The experimental results show that the pearlite content on the surface of castings can be increased by reducing Si / C, adding Sn alloying and strengthening the inoculation.
