目的建立了饮料、牛奶和奶粉中双酚A及15种邻苯二甲酸酯的高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法。方法样品经甲醇提取,C_(18)色谱柱分离后,采用串联四极杆质谱电喷雾电离源正负离子切换多反应离子监测模式检测。结果双酚A及15种邻苯二甲酸酯在各自的线性范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均不低于0.9900,定量下限为10μg/kg,低、中、高3个加标水平下平均回收率为61.1%~129.5%,相对标准偏差为1.13%~22.12%。结论该方法具有前处理简单、灵敏度高的优点,适用于饮料、牛奶及奶粉中双酚A及15种邻苯二甲酸酯残留的确证和定量检测。
Objective To establish a method for the analysis of bisphenol A and 15 kinds of phthalates in beverages, milk and milk powder by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Methods The samples were extracted with methanol and separated on a C 18 column. The tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry electrospray ionization source was used to detect the positive and negative ions. Results Bisphenol A and 15 kinds of phthalates showed good linearity in their respective linear ranges. The correlation coefficients were not less than 0.9900 and the lower limit of quantification was 10 μg / kg. Average, The recoveries ranged from 61.1% to 129.5% with relative standard deviations of 1.13% to 22.12%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment and high sensitivity, and is suitable for the confirmation and quantitative detection of bisphenol A and 15 kinds of phthalate residues in beverages, milk and milk powder.
