船舶的大型化要求港区作业拖轮有较大的顶推力和拖曳力。一般拖轮由顶推作业改为艉拖作业或反之,不仅费时费工,而且操作不便。为了适应频繁的顶推和拖带作业的需要,近年来,一种新型的制动绞车用于z轴桨港作拖轮,进而使拖轮的使用性能和拖带作业水平有明显提高。 本文以“连港14”拖轮为例,运用特性曲线迭加法分析了日本荏原公司制造的制动绞车(兼锚机)液压系统的性能特点。
Large-scale ships require port tugboats have greater thrust and drag. In general, tugboats are replaced by jack-up operations or vice versa, which is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive but also inconvenient in operation. In recent years, a new type of brake winch has been used for the z-axis paddle for tugboats in order to meet the needs of frequent jacking and towing operations, thereby significantly improving the serviceability and towing operation of the tugboats. In this paper, taking the “Lianyungang 14” tugboat as an example, this paper analyzes the performance characteristics of the brake system of winch (also known as anchor winch) manufactured by Japan Ebara Company using the characteristic curve superposition method.
