团队型学科化服务是相对于单个学科馆员独立式服务而言的,是高校图书馆学科化服务发展的趋势。在阐述传统学科馆员服务模式与团队型学科化服务模式特点的基础上,基于中国人民大学图书馆学科服务组的工作实践,分析团队型学科化服务模式的优势和面临的组织架构、考核评价、团队建设、规范化管理等问题,并对优化团队型学科化服务模式进行思考,提出建立独立的学科服务部门或者隶属于咨询服务部门的学科服务团队(组),建立以用户满意为中心、个人与团队考核相结合的双重考核机制等建议。 The team discipline service is relative to a single subject librarian independent service is the development trend of the university library discipline service.
