通过花药培养诱导单倍体植株经过加倍能迅速的获得纯系,与杂交育种相结合,有可能大幅度地提高杂种优势和缩短育种年限。林木生长周期长,遗传性混杂,应用此法更有现实意义。因此近年来我国许多单位开展了这方面的研究工作,先后成功地诱导出杨树、橡胶、刺槐、文冠果等树种的花粉植株。其中以杨树为材料的较多也最早获得成功。目前花粉植株已长成幼树,但细胞学的研究未见报导。我院的杨树花粉植株自1975年移栽成活以来,已有一定数量的3—5年生幼树,目前长势良好,最高4.6米。对这些植株在移入盆之
