目的:考察在银杏黄酮含量的测定中能否用络合显色方法代替高效液相方法来进行。方法:将银杏黄酮粉溶液过大孔吸附树脂,用络合显色方法和效液相方法分别检测流出液中黄酮浓度,计算大孔吸附树脂的吸附量和吸附率并进行比较。结果:用络合显色方法测得的实验结果比高效液相方法的结果平均大36.4%,但计算得到的吸附率结果相比没有显著性差异。结论:络合显色方法可以在一些特定实验中代替高效液相方法,在数值的检测中不能代替。
Objective: To investigate whether complex chromogenic method can be used instead of HPLC in the determination of flavonoids in Ginkgo biloba. Methods: The ginkgo flavonoid powder solution was adsorbed on the macroporous resin. The flavonoids concentration in the effluent was determined by the complexation method and the liquid phase method. The adsorption and adsorption rates of the macroporous resin were calculated and compared. RESULTS: The experimental results measured by the complexation method were 36.4% larger than those obtained by the HPLC method, but there was no significant difference in the calculated adsorption rate results. Conclusion: The complexation coloration method can replace the high performance liquid phase method in some specific experiments and cannot be replaced in the numerical detection.
