Q医疗期与年假冲抵么我公司去年年初录用了1名员工从事财务工作,结果入职没多久就生了场大病,公司按规定让他休了三个月的病假。病情好转后,员工回公司上班。近期,员工提出申请十天年假。请问:像这种休了长病假的员工,公司可以拒绝他的年休假申请么?如果公司拒绝了,那医疗期可以和年休假冲抵么?还需要给他支付年休假工资么?
