以大鼠肾上腺皮质及皋丸间质细胞的3β-羟基类固醇脱氢酶(3β-HSD)活性为指标,研究24节气变化对动物机体反应的影响。每一节气用清洁级雄大鼠5只,在节气后2±1d从上海西普尔-必凯实验动物公司的清洁级实验动物设施取动物至本单位立即(上午9:00~11:00)处死,取同侧肾上腺及睾丸,做冰冻切片(10μm),用组织化学法测定3β-HSD活性。结果表明,肾上腺皮质和睾丸间质中3β-HSD活性,随24节气的变化,基本平行。肾上腺弓状带的3β-HSD峰值在立冬、春分,束状带和网状带的峰值在芒种、小满和春分,三者的低谷均在冬至和大暑。睾丸间质中的3β-HSD峰值在立春、芒种,低谷在清明、立冬和大雪;而在夏至、小暑和大暑,其组织化学反应为阴性。
The 3β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (3β-HSD) activity of rat adrenal cortex and Gao Wan stromal cells was used as an index to study the effects of 24 solar terms on the body response. Five clean-grade male rats with each solar term were sacrificed 2 ± 1 days after the solar term was abstained from the clean-class experimental animal facility in Shanghai Xi-bai-bekai laboratory animal company immediately (9: 00-11: 00 am) The ipsilateral adrenal glands and testis were harvested and frozen sectioned (10μm). The 3β-HSD activity was determined by histochemistry. The results showed that the 3β-HSD activity in the adrenal and testicular stroma was basically parallel with the change of 24-solar term. The peak of 3β-HSD in the adrenal arcuate zone was in the winter, spring equinox, fasciculus and reticular band in the peak, the full and the vernal equinox, the three lowest in the winter solstice and summer. The peak of 3β-HSD in testis interstitium was in the beginning of spring, while the species of Toxoplasma gondii and trough were in clear light, early winter and heavy snow. In summer solstice, small heat and big heat, the histochemical reaction was negative.
