目的建立UPLC同时测定百灵安神片中绿原酸、芒果苷、二苯乙烯苷、斯皮诺素、木犀草苷、槲皮苷、3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸含量的方法。方法采用Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸水,梯度洗脱;流速:0.4 mL·min-1;检测波长:340 nm。结果绿原酸、芒果苷、二苯乙烯苷、斯皮诺素、木犀草苷、槲皮苷、3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸在检测范围内线性良好,r均>0.999 8,方法回收率分别96.3%,98.2%,100.5%,99.3%,97.7%,97.0%,96.4%。结论本方法准确可靠快捷,为全面控制百灵安神片质量提供了一种测定方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, mangiferin, stilbene glycoside, spinosin, luteolin, quercitrin and 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid in Braun ample tablets by UPLC. The method was performed on a Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C18 (2.1 mm × 100 mm, 1.7 μm) column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid with gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.4 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 340 nm. Results Chlorogenic acid, mangiferin, stilbene glycosides, spinosin, luteolin, quercitrin, 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid showed good linearity in the detection range with r> 0.999 8. The recoveries were 96.3%, 98.2%, 100.5%, 99.3%, 97.7%, 97.0% and 96.4%, respectively. Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable and quick, and provides a method for the comprehensive control of the quality of Lark tablets.
