“以市场职业技能需求为导向,以职业技能培训为重点,改善大学生应聘过程中无技能经验”成为多所高职高专院校教育教学努力的目标。本文以某院机电系近年来实施双证教学后取得良好的教学成果和较高的就业率为例,探讨建立多职业资格证激励机制,形成多职业资格证培养模式在就业工作中的意义。
“Market-oriented vocational skills demand-oriented, focusing on vocational skills training to improve the skills of college students apply for no experience” has become more vocational education and teaching efforts in the goal. In this paper, a hospital in recent years, the Department of Electrical and Mechanical Services Double Certificate implementation of the teaching to obtain good teaching results and high employment rate as an example, explore the establishment of multi-job qualification certificate incentive mechanism to form a multi-vocational qualification certificate training mode in employment significance.
