CT灌注成像技术是一种无创伤的功能性影像学检查方法,依据组织器官的灌注状态对肿瘤的临床诊断以及治疗评估均有重要的意义。肿瘤治疗后,肿瘤残留很常见,传统的形态学标准没有办法区别肿瘤残留与纤维化,并且对肿瘤的治疗效果评价也有限。传统CT对肿瘤是否复发的判断方法是通过长期的对比复查,不能区分肿瘤的活动性和病理分级,而CT灌注可以通过灌注参数来判断肿瘤的微血管密度,继而可以在体无创评价肿瘤的活动性、病理分级和预后。目前,CT灌注成像对于肿瘤诊断的研究已经日益成熟,但对于肿瘤的疗效评估方面还少有研究。
