目的:了解番禺区新生儿卡介苗(BCG)接种后的结核菌素(PPD)试验阳转情况,为进一步提高预防结核病的效果提供依据。方法调查46263例3个月～1岁儿童PPD试验结果。结果番禺区新生儿接种后12周结素试验阳转率(简称阳转率)比较稳定。结论番禺区新生儿卡介苗接种工作质量较高并保持了各项指标的稳定。
Objective: To understand the positive situation of tuberculin (PPD) test after neonatal BCG vaccination in Panyu District and provide the basis for further improving the prevention of tuberculosis. METHODS: The PPD test results of 46,263 children aged 3 months to 1 year were investigated. Results Panyu District, 12 weeks after inoculation of newborns tuberculin test positive rate (referred to as positive rate) is relatively stable. Conclusion The quality of neonatal BCG vaccination in Panyu District is high and the stability of various indicators is maintained.
