随着互联网的日益普及,以往在传统的大众媒介中持续存在的低俗内容问题以新的形式出现并广为传播,再度引起人们的关注。目前低龄网民人数增长迅速,青少年所占的比例越来越大。在中国,根据CNNIC2008年7月的统计,18岁以下网民的比例占了19.6%,所占数量不可忽视。互联网以其前所未有的广度和深度,将大量的鱼龙混杂的内容铺天盖地地呈现在网民面前。青少年接触低俗内容的机会和频率很高,这对他们的身心健康以及价值观念形成造成了很大的冲击。面对这个问题,国家和相关的机构都十分重视,打击网络低俗内容势在必行。本文旨在通过介绍美国等一些国家对媒介低俗内容的界定以及面临的一些问题,由此引入媒介教育这一议程,倡导我国在新的网络媒介环境下,发展青少年媒
With the increasing popularity of the Internet, the problem of vulgar content that persisted in the traditional mass media in the past emerged in a new form and was widely disseminated. This has once again drawn people’s attention. At present, the number of young Internet users has been growing rapidly, with an increasing proportion of young people. In China, according to CNNIC’s July 2008 statistics, the proportion of Internet users under the age of 18 accounted for 19.6% of the total, which can not be ignored. With its unprecedented breadth and depth, the Internet presents a great deal of vast and varied content to netizens. Opportunities and frequency of adolescent access to vulgar content are high, which have a great impact on their physical and mental health and the formation of values. Faced with this issue, the state and relevant agencies attach great importance to combat vulgar content of the Internet is imperative. The purpose of this article is to introduce the agenda of media education by introducing some countries such as the United States to define the vulgar content of media and some problems they face, and to promote our country to develop young media under the new network media environment
