本文提出了基于遗传算法对工程结构进行截面尺寸优化设计和仿真的新方法。利用遗传算法在寻优过程中不要求梯度计算这一优良的特性,将它与结构有限元分析和CAD技术有机地结合在一起,实现了在CAD环境下对铁路客车一种地板结构截面尺寸设计计算、优化及结果仿真。本文所提出的方法不仅简单易行而且容易推广到更复杂的工程结构截面尺寸优化问题。
This paper presents a new method based on genetic algorithm to optimize the cross-sectional size of engineering structure design and simulation. The use of genetic algorithm in the optimization process does not require gradient calculation of this excellent feature, and it with the structural finite element analysis and CAD technology organically integrated in the CAD environment to achieve a railway passenger car floor structure section size design Calculation, optimization and results simulation. The proposed method is not only simple and easy to be generalized to more complex cross-sectional dimension optimization of engineering structures.
