人工流产继发不孕主要是输卵管的粘连和梗阻。笔者近几年来应用中药内服 ,西药宫腔内注射治疗人工流产继发不孕症 4 2例 ,疗效满意。现总结如下 :1 一般资料4 2例不孕患者年龄 2 4～ 2 8岁。人流 1次 2 6例 ,2次 13例 ,3次 2例 ,4次 1例。 4 2例均有人工流产术后 2～ 3年病史
Secondary infertility induced by abortion is mainly tubal adhesions and obstruction. In recent years, the author applied traditional Chinese medicine Oral, Western medicine intrauterine injection of 42 cases of secondary infertility induced abortion, with satisfactory results. Are summarized as follows: 1 General Information 4 2 cases of infertility patients aged 24 ~ 28 years old. There were 26 cases of abortion, 13 cases of 2 cases, 2 cases of 3 cases and 1 case of 4 cases. 42 cases of artificial abortion have 2 to 3 years after surgery history
