目的了解天津市蚊、蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗药性,为科学合理使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法选择6个区(县)作为监测点,分别用浸渍法和点滴法测定淡色库蚊和家蝇的抗药性。结果天津市蚊、蝇对常用杀虫剂均产生了一定的抗性,淡色库蚊对DDVP、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、双硫磷和仲丁威的平均相对抗性分别为61.49、13.08、3.72、5.03和17.84倍;家蝇对DDVP、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、残杀威、氯菊酯的平均抗性分别为9.49、58.44、11.24、2.66和2.95倍。结论各地应根据抗药性监测结果,合理应用杀虫剂,积极提倡综合防制,有效开展灭蚊、蝇工作。
Objective To understand the resistance of mosquitoes and flies to commonly used insecticides in Tianjin and provide the basis for the scientific and rational use of insecticides. Methods Six districts (counties) were selected as the monitoring points. The resistance of Culex pipiens pallens and housefly were determined by dipping method and drip method respectively. Results The mosquitoes and flies in Tianjin had some resistance to common pesticides. The average relative resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to DDVP, deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, diphtheria and sec-butyl was 61.49 and 13.08, respectively , 3.72, 5.03 and 17.84 times respectively. The average resistance of DDF, beta-cypermethrin, deltamethrin, propoxur and permethrin were 9.49,58.44,11.24,2.66 and 2.95 times respectively. Conclusion All localities should apply pesticides reasonably based on the monitoring results of drug resistance and actively promote comprehensive prevention and control and effectively carry out mosquito control and flies work.
