作为图书馆与读者沟通交流的主要途径,图书馆网站互动型栏目建设情况应得到更多的关注和提升。文章对北京市66所本科高校图书馆网站开展网上互动交流栏目的现状进行调查。通过访问各大高校图书馆网站,对其电话咨询、QQ咨询、微博咨询、微信咨询、E-mail咨询、馆长信箱、常见问题解答、留言板、网上调查、失物招领等10个栏目进行调查,获取高校图书馆网上互动交流栏目的开展情况,并对北京市高校图书馆网站互动交流栏目后续发展提出建议,以强化图书馆的服务角色。
As the main channel for communication between library and readers, the construction of interactive column of library website should receive more attention and promotion. The article investigates the status quo of online interactive communication section of 66 undergraduate university library websites in Beijing. Through the visit to the major university library website, the telephone consultation, QQ consulting, Weibo consulting, WeChat consulting, E-mail consultation, curator mailbox, FAQ, message board, online survey, lost property and other 10 columns Investigate and gain access to the online interactive exchange column of university libraries, and make recommendations on the follow-up development of the interactive exchange section of the university library web site in Beijing in order to strengthen the service role of the library.
