铝化物涂层高温氧化寿命的预测

对铝化物涂层高温氧化寿命进行实验检测,是一项十分费时且耗能的工作.该文运用半经验公式预测铝化物涂层高温氧化寿命,既可由较高温度下的短期寿命推算涂层在较低温度下的长期寿命,也可由两种不同温度下的退化程度推算其它温度下任意给定时间的退化程度.以一种新型钴基合金DZ40M的Ti改性铝化物涂层(厚度约为 20 μm)为对象,利用1 100 ℃和1 050 ℃的有关实验数据,估算了该涂层在给定温度1 000 ℃下的高温氧化寿命,估算值约为1 904 h. 而相应的实测动力学曲线显示的对应值为 2 000 h 左右,从而证明了该估算方法的实用性.
