针对航空发动机装配生产中使用大量表格的特点,提出了动态表单解决方案,研究了各种表格数据的结构化存储技术,实现了装配过程的数字化管理。对基于表单的发动机装配流程进行建模,分析了表单的结构,建立表单的通用模型。使用面向对象技术,设计了表单系统的关键类,基于关系数据库设计了表单的结构化存储方案。设计了表单引擎,实现了表单数据的解析和结构化查询。最后结合发动机装配流程,应用该系统实现了装配过程的数字化管理。
Aiming at the characteristics of using a large number of forms in assembly production of aeroengine, a dynamic form solution is proposed, the structured storage technology of various form data is studied, and the digital management of assembly process is realized. Form-based engine assembly process modeling, analysis of the structure of the form, the establishment of a common form model. Using the object-oriented technology, the key classes of the form system are designed, and the structured storage scheme of the form is designed based on the relational database. Design a form engine, to achieve the form of data analysis and structured query. Finally, with the engine assembly process, the application of the system to achieve the digital assembly process management.
