加入WTO后,我国食品业面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战,特别表现在现行食品标准与国际通用食品标准之间存在着一定的差距,从而导致了各种“技术壁垒”对我国食品出口贸易的影响。本文重点阐述了我国食品标准的现状和存在的问题,以及加入WTO后对我国食品标准的影响等问题,并就如何加快中国食品标准与世界的接轨提出了自己的看法。
After China’s accession to the WTO, China’s food industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. In particular, there is a certain gap between the existing food standards and the international common food standards, resulting in the impact of various “technical barriers” on China’s food export trade . This article focuses on the status quo and existing problems of food standards in our country, as well as the impact of China’s food standards after China’s accession to the WTO and other issues, and put forward their own views on how to speed up the integration of Chinese food standards with the world.
