对砀山酥梨在土窖中和在0℃、5℃、10℃、15℃及常溫等不同溫度冷库中果实生理生化规律及品质变化关系进行了研究?峁砻?酥梨在土窖或15℃以上库温贮藏,呼吸作用急剧增强,并迅速达到呼吸高峰。组织中的乙烯和乙醇含量也快速形成高峰,同果实成熟衰老相关的生理生化在呼吸高峰后,呈渐加剧的趋势;在0℃—5℃贮藏下,果实生理生化全面受抑制,呼吸高峰和乙烯高峰值不太明显,果实后熟老化进程缓慢。通过不同采收期的贮藏生理研究和出库贷架期试验表明:砀山产区土窖贮藏的最适宜采收期在9月2日以前,冷藏以8月底为宜;而外运至合肥贮藏(冷藏)则以8月25日为佳。土窖贮藏最佳经济效益的贮藏期限为春节,0~5℃贮藏至翌年3月底.

The results of storage physiology and shelf-life of different storage periods showed that the optimum harvesting period of silos in Dangshan producing area should be before September 2, (Refrigerated) is August 25 is better. Storage of the best economic benefits of the storage of cellar Spring Festival, 0 ~ 5 ℃ storage until the end of March the following year.
