以某型涡扇发动机科研试飞为平台,设计搭建了发动机空气流量测量试验系统,进行了各种飞行工况及涡扇发动机工作状态下的空气流量测量试验研究.通过对试验数据的分析和研究,评估了各计算参数对涡扇发动机空气流量测量结果的影响规律,验证了一种简化流量测量方法的可行性和结果的准确性.获得了空气流量测量、计算方面的若干重要结论,为后续型号流量测量和计算提供了工程参考依据.应用试验数据对三维数值计算模型进行修正,并计算了相应工况下的空气流量,计算数据和试验数据进行比较,发现吻合良好,误差较小.
A kind of turbofan engine test flight was used as a platform to design and test the engine air flow measurement test system and carry out a variety of flight conditions and turbofan engine air flow measurement test research.By the experimental data analysis and research , And evaluated the influence of each calculation parameter on the measurement results of turbofan engine air flow and verified the feasibility of a simplified flow measurement method and the accuracy of the results.We obtained some important conclusions about air flow measurement and calculation, The model flow measurement and calculation provided the engineering reference basis.Applying the experimental data to correct the three-dimensional numerical calculation model and calculating the air flow under the corresponding working conditions, the calculated data and the experimental data were compared and found that the agreement was good and the error was small.
