目的观察三元稀土配合物La(C7H5O3)2·(C9H6NO)对红细胞的影响。方法应用氯化镧、水杨酸、8-羟基喹啉合成稀土配合物La(C7H5O3)2·(C9H6NO),将不同剂量配合物腹腔注射家兔,染毒后抽血测定血常规。结果动物染毒5d后,对照组与各处理组比较,红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量明显增加(P<0.05);平均血红蛋白含量明显下降(P<0.05);平均红细胞分布宽度低剂量处理组与对照组比较明显升高(P<0.05)。染毒10d后,对照组各指标与染毒5d时各指标比较无显著性差异;而低剂量处理组和中剂量处理组红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量明显增加(P<0.05);其他指标无明显差异。结论三元稀土配合物La(C7H5O3)2·(C9H6NO)对红细胞和血红蛋白合成有一定影响。
Objective To observe the effect of ternary rare earth complex La (C7H5O3) 2 · (C9H6NO) on erythrocytes. Methods La (C7H5O3) 2 · (C9H6NO) was synthesized by lanthanum chloride, salicylic acid and 8-hydroxyquinoline. The rabbits were injected intraperitoneally with different dosages of compound. Results Compared with the control group, the hemoglobin and erythrocyte counts increased significantly (P <0.05) and the average hemoglobin content decreased significantly (P <0.05). The average distribution width of erythrocytes in the low-dose group and the control group Obviously higher (P <0.05). After 10 days of exposure, there was no significant difference between each index of the control group and that of the control group on the 5th day of exposure. However, the erythrocyte count and the hemoglobin level of the low-dose group and middle-dose group were significantly increased (P <0.05), while the other indexes had no significant difference . Conclusion The ternary rare earth complex La (C7H5O3) 2 · (C9H6NO) has certain influence on the synthesis of erythrocyte and hemoglobin.
