选用青年、中年和老年雄性大鼠各10只,用形态计量学和体视学方法定量分析弓状核神经元年龄性变化结果发现在老年大鼠弓状核、部分暗型和亮型经元内(?)面内质网排列紊乱、缩短和双层膜间隔增宽,线粒体嵴断裂、肿胀和空泡化,溶酶体、微管和颗粒小泡数减少:与青、中年组比较神经元数(0.01mm)分别丢失37和27核仁平均体积缩小30(?)左右;线粒体体密度和脂褐素数增加,但神经元截面积未发生明显变化:核仁样体出现率减少.结果提示,老年下丘脑弓状核已发生衰老性改变,这可能有与老年期机体内分泌和神经内分泌功能变化有关,为研究老年下丘脑神经递质失调提供形态学依据.
Ten young, middle-aged and aged male rats were selected. The age-related changes of neurons in arcuate nucleus were quantitatively analyzed by morphometry and stereology. The results showed that in arcuate nucleus, part of dark and light type Endoplasmic reticulum disordered, shortened and widened the bilayer membrane, the mitochondrial cristae were broken, swollen and vacuolized, and the number of lysosomes, microtubules and vesicles decreased. The number of neurons (0.01mm) were lost, while the average volume of nucleoli in 37th and 27th was reduced by 30 (?). The density of mitochondria and lipofuscin increased, but no obvious change of neuronal cross-sectional area was observed: The results suggest that senile hypothalamic arcuate nucleus has aging changes, which may be associated with changes in the elderly endocrine and neuroendocrine function, to provide a morphological basis for the study of hypothalamic neurotransmitter disorders in the elderly.
