本文研究了形变织构与分层效应对氮化08F钢韧化行为的影响。试验结果表明:形变氮化试样的韧化不但与形变织构有关,而且与分层效应也有密切关系。随形变量增加,冲击功出现明显的韧脆转移现象,这与极点密度P_(111)~*、P_(112)~*、P_(100)~*的变化规律十分相似。蚀坑法测定(100)面也具有上述的规律,形变使晶粒拉长,晶面有规律的排列,氮化之后由于氮化物在晶内与晶界上折出,弱化晶界与晶面,从而产生分层效应,增加韧性。断口分析表明,在形变量较大时,断口上出现许多分层裂缝。
In this paper, the effect of deformation texture and stratification on the toughening behavior of nitrided 08F steel was studied. The experimental results show that the toughening of the deformed nitrided sample is not only related to the deformation texture, but also to the delamination effect.
