小浪底水库运用初期 ,清水下泄使下游河道受到严重影响 ,给防洪工作带来一系列问题。焦作河段位于黄河中下游结合部 ,上首距小浪底水库仅 3 2km ,也是受影响最早、最严重的河段。通过对焦作河段冲淤变化的分析 ,阐述了小浪底水库运用后 ,清水下泄对防洪工程的影响规律以及采取的防护措施 In the early stage of the Xiaolangdi Reservoir, the release of clean water severely affected the lower reaches of the river, bringing a series of problems to the flood control work.
